AI auto-scoring

Every conversation scored. Every point traced back to a sentence.

Mira reads the transcript, answers your scorecard question by question, and quotes the exact moment that justified each answer. Where the conversation does not prove something either way, it says so instead of guessing. An evaluator reviews the draft and signs it — the AI never submits an evaluation on its own.

What you get

It quotes, it does not assert

Every answer carries the passage it came from. Disagreeing with a score means reading one paragraph, not re-listening to a twelve-minute call.

It admits what it could not verify

A question the transcript does not settle is flagged as unverified, not answered on a hunch. Those are the ones your evaluator looks at first.

It scores your definition of good

Each question carries your own AI guidance — what counts, what does not, what your industry calls it. The model follows your rubric, not a generic one.

A person always signs

The draft is a draft. Nothing reaches an agent's record until an evaluator has read it, changed what they disagree with, and submitted it under their own name.

How it works

1

Your scorecard goes in

Sections, weights, critical questions and the guidance you wrote for each one.

2

The model answers it

From the transcript only, with the quote for each answer and a flag on anything it could not confirm.

3

Your evaluator decides

They agree, correct, or overrule — and the change is recorded with who made it and when.

Questions people ask about this

Accuracy depends far more on your scorecard than on the model. A question like 'did the agent verify identity' is answered almost perfectly; 'was the agent empathetic' depends on how precisely you defined empathy in the guidance. That is why we score a sample of your real calls before you commit and show you the agreement rate against your own auditors, question by question. If a question scores badly, we rewrite the guidance with you rather than pretend the number is fine.

They change the answer. The original AI answer, the human answer, who changed it and when are all kept, so you can see over time which questions the model gets wrong for you — which is usually a sign the guidance for that question needs a sentence.

No. It produces a draft. An evaluation only exists once a person has submitted it, and it is attributed to that person.
